The publication of this information was introduced by Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2005, incorporated into Article 19 of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013, and subsequently amended by Article 18 of Legislative Decree No. 97/2016:

Below the list of notices of active collaboration assignments:

• March 16, 2026: Public notice for the recruitment of 4 experts on a contract basis for the implementation of the European project “BRIDGE-IT,” to be assigned to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Civil Protection Department, to assist in carrying out the activities outlined in the European project “Building Resilience to Increase Disaster Management Governance and Emergency Preparedness in Italy – BRIDGE-IT” (UCPM-2025-TRACK1, GA No. 101250977), with the positions of Senior Project Manager (1 position) and Project Officer (3 positions).

• March 13, 2026: Public notice for recruitment of 1 expert in the management of reporting, control, and auditing procedures for expenditures from the European Structural and Investment Funds, to be assigned to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Civil Protection Department to support the project “Civil Protection: actions and tools for risk management – Strategies for regional capacity building 2021–2027”

• December 30, 2025: Open competition, based on qualifications and exams, for the recruitment of a total of 130 non-executive staff members on permanent contracts to be assigned to positions within the Civil Protection Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, including 90 positions in the Officer Category (Category A, pay grade F1) and 40 positions in the Assistant Category (Category B, pay grade F3)

• June 1, 2023: notice of selection procedure based on titles and interview, for the selection of two experts to be hired on a collaborative basis for the implementation of the Italian component activities provided for in the “rescEU EMT” project of the Italian Civil Protection Department (ICDP), for the positions of Senior Project Manager and Project Officer
   
• December 14, 2022: Public notice for the recruitment of 1 monitoring expert in the field of program and project management financed with EU funds to be assigned to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Civil Protection Department to support the measures of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)
   
• December 14, 2022: Public notice for the recruitment of 1 expert in the management of reporting, control, and certification procedures for expenses to be assigned to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Civil Protection Department to support the measures of the NRRP (National Recovery and Resilience Plan).

Please note that the deadline for the assignment of the collaborations referred to in the notices published on the inPA Portal on December 14, 2022, scheduled for February 14, 2023, has been extended to March 14, 2023.
